An Amerind Geode series pump truck’s main feature is the delivery of 100% emulsion. A pump truck carries not only the emulsion but also a gassing agent/s which sensitizes the emulsion. This on-site sensitization is a major safety advantage, as a fully prepared explosive isn’t transported. They can pump pre-sensitized emulsion load on-site as well. Emulsion is great in wet
environments and areas with tough/hard rocks.

Application
Emulsions are highly water-resistant. Pump trucks can effectively displace water from wet boreholes, allowing for effective blasting in conditions where ANFO would fail.
Tank capacity range
Trucks can have single to dual emulsion tank/s that can range in capacities from 500 to 2800 gallons.
Delivery rate range
Delivery rate range anywhere from 50 lbs/min (23kg/min) to 1,500 lbs/min (680kg/min).
Custom control system:
The truck can run off a completely manual system, or a range from partial to fully controlled CAN system.
