Amerind Strata Series
An Amerind Strata series AN/FO blend truck (often referred to as a Heavy AN/FO truck) primary characteristic is its ability to mix AN/FO and an emulsion explosive component through an auger system, directly at the blast site. This creates a blended explosive product tailored to specific blasting requirements. It can deliver a 100% AN/FO to a 70 ANFO / 30 Emulsion.

Applications
When the required density needs to be higher than standard AN/FO.
highly water-resistant due to the emulsion that can be used effectively in wet boreholes, where traditional 100% AN/FO would fail.
Container capacity range
Total capacity can range of the truck from 4 ton to 25 ton. Normal ratio between the AN and emulsion is 70/30.
Delivery rate range
Delivery rate range anywhere from 50 lbs/min (23kg/min) to 1,000 lbs/min (454kg/min).
Custom control system
The truck can run off a completely manual system, or a range from partial to fully controlled CAN system
Versatility
Blend trucks offer a wide range of flexibility. Operators can adjust the ratio of AN/FO to emulsion to create a custom explosive with specific properties.
