An Amerind Terra Firma series heavy blend truck’s primary characteristic is its flexibility to operate with 100% AN/FO, 100% emulsion, or a specific mix ratio of both directly at the blast site. This adaptability enables the truck create a tailored explosive product that meets specific blasting requirements. Additionally, it also allows the truck to be utilized effectively in a variety of environments and to navigate through conditions with hard and soft rock.
Applications
Highly water-resistant due to the emulsion that can be used effectively in wet boreholes, where traditional 100% AN/FO would fail. When the required density needs to be higher than standard emulsion
Container capacity range
Total capacity can range of the truck from 4-ton to 25-ton. Normal ratio between the emulsion and AN is 70/30.
Delivery rate range
Delivery rate range anywhere from 50 lbs/min (23kg/min) to 500 lbs/min (227kg/min).
Custom control system
The truck can run off a range from partial to fully controlled CAN system.
