This specialized truck is engineered for high performance in wet and cold environments. The entire system is managed by a proportional CAN electrically controlled hydraulic system, which includes an optional safety feature of a manually controlled override system, and is capable of delivering product at a maximum rate of 400 lbs/min. It features extensive storage capacity, including two 1,400-gallon emulsion tanks, a two-part gassing system (90-gal Gassing 1 & 60-gal Gassing 2), a 200-gallon water tank, and a 10-gallon glycol tank. Crucially, the truck is equipped with our Arctic Package, featuring insulation and skinning on the emulsion tanks, alongside hot water recirculation system installed in the gassing and water tanks for reliable cold-weather operation.

System components are further protected by a heat exchanger to regulate hydraulic oil temperature and a glycol flushing system for the gassing and water pumps. For convenience and safety, the truck includes full side cabinets, a pressure washer for convenient cleaning, and a four-sided, hydraulically controlled guard rail. Finally, the hose reel features a 2-axis control that allows for independent extension and retraction of both the boom and the drum.
