A-10 Mix Plant

The A-10 Mix Plant is a compact, continuous-duty AN/FO (Ammonium Nitrate / Fuel Oil) mixing and conveying system designed for reliable production of bulk explosive material in mining and industrial blasting applications. Constructed entirely from 304 stainless-steel, the unit is engineered for durability, corrosion resistance, and dependable operation in demanding field and plant environments.

Electrical & Control System Information:

The A-10 Mix Plant is supplied as a physical mechanical package only. The system includes the required electric motors; however, on/off controls, motor starters, transformers, wiring, control panels, and other electrical control components are not included and must be supplied by the customer. Customer supplied electrical integration and controls are required prior to operation.

The approach allows the end user to source and configure electrical components locally to meet site-specific requirements, local electrical codes, and preferred control system standards.

  • Full 304 stainless-steel build
  • Convey roughly 200 lbs/min (6 ton/h) of AN/FO, while keeping mixer continuously filled
  • A semi-automatic weigh scale (adjustable from 7 to 34 kgs)
  • An industrial fully automatic sewing machine with an integral 8-belt conveyor.
