Amerind was the first company to manufacture bulk AN/FO trucks. AN/FO trucks are the simplest trucks of all the different kinds of bulk trucks. AN/FO trucks mix ammonium nitrate and fuel oil (AN/FO) for use in the mining industry.

The original trucks were fabricated with a hammer mill system to crush the AN since only agricultural grade Ammonium Nitrate was available. Hammer mills can still be an option if an HD AN/FO is required.
