Truck 5

This specialized truck is engineered for high performance in wet and cold environments. The entire system is managed by a proportional electrically controlled hydraulic system, and is capable of delivering product at a maximum rate of 600 lbs/min. It features substantial storage capacity, including an 1,800-gallon emulsion tank, a two-part gassing system (35-gal Gassing 1 & 35-gal Gassing 2), and a 150-gallon water tank.

Crucially, the truck is equipped with our Arctic Package, which features insulation and skinning on the emulsion tank, alongside hot water heaters installed in both the gassing and water tanks for reliable cold-weather operation. For system protection and safety, the truck includes a heat exchanger to regulate hydraulic oil temperature and a one-sided, manual hydraulically controlled guard rail. Finally, the hose reel features a 2-axis control that allows for independent extension and retraction of both the boom and the drum.
